The "led placement machine" project undertaken by the advanced manufacturing technology research institute of Hefei Institute of material science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has broken through the core key technologies such as precise positioning under high-speed movement, multi-axis coordinated motion control automatic pick-up correction, has entered the small test stage.

The SMT Mounter is specially developed for the LED industry, which can meet the elastic demand of the LED lighting industry. It is suitable for the production of 600 / 1200mm LED fluorescent tubes (T8, T5), covering all LED related products such as LED lights, hoses, patio lights, etc. At the same time, the mounter provides high elastic programming ability, so that the operator can adjust the mounting mode according to the LED elements with different bin values, so as to ensure the evenness of the terminal products.
