How to maintain SMT Mounter?

SMT Mounter weekly inspection parts:

Check the buffer action of the nozzle clamp. If the action is uneven, apply a thin layer of lubricant. If the clamp is loose, fasten it.

Move the lens to clean the dust residues on the lens.

Check the x-axis lead screw for debris residues, clean if necessary. Check the x-axis guide rail for hardening residue adhesion of lubricating grease.

Check the y-axis lead screw for debris residues, clean if necessary. Check the y-axis guide rail for hardening residue adhesion of lubricating grease.

Check the W-axis lead screw for debris residues, clean the air interface if necessary, check the Y-ring O-ring for aging, replace if necessary.

SMT Mounter monthly inspection part:

Note the LED light of the moving lens shall check whether each LED is bright enough. If it is bright, the whole LED component shall be replaced.

The O-ring of each nozzle shaft shall be inspected replaced in time in case of aging.

Remove the dust residue the x-axis lead screw, apply a thin layer of grease by hand, remove the dust residue the x-axis guide rail, apply a thin layer of grease by hand

Remove the dust residue the y-axis lead screw, apply a thin layer of grease by hand to the y-axis guide rail, apply a thin layer of grease by hand

Check the action of the z-axis rack gear, if necessary, apply a thin layer of lubricant on the rack transmission parts by hand.

Check the wear tightness of the R-axis drive belt, replace the belt adjust the tightness if necessary.

Remove dust residue W-axis lead screw, apply thin layer of grease to feed valve by hand to check whether its solenoid valve can work normally.

Check the belt for wear tightness, replace the belt high-speed belt tightness if necessary.
